Spring has Sprung!

With Easter coming up in a few weeks my mind has been racing with new spring vinyl designs!! I have added some new metal art to my spring vinyl collections. New to the collection are magnetic door signs as well as personalized hanging magnet boards, magnets, and scrap boards. The Magnetic vinyl door signs are a quick easy way to display temporary holiday vinyl greetings that are interchangable and REUSABLE!! These signs are very cute and can be personalized to fit anyones style. The average sign size is 24" x 5.5" which allows the perfect amount of space for your custom vinyl saying. Instalation is very simple! Simply apply 4 to 6 magnets to the back of the signs edges and attach to your front door or any metal door. I have Welcome Spring with a cute bunny holding a Easter egg on my front door and I have received many compliments!

Second Grade Valentines 2009 Class Party

A great Valentines Day class party is simple with Said With Style custom Vinyl lettering. My son Issac is in second grade and I am his classes room mom. I decided that it would be fun to play games at his class party instead of making the normal crafts. The plan was to have a few counting and memory games and then finish off with a relay race. First we took a basic picture frame and placed a bunch of hearts all over. The students were given one minute to count how many hearts were displayed. The one closest to the correct number won. Next the students were shown a tray full of valentine type items. The items were then covered and the students had to try and write down as many items they could remember on a piece of paper. The one with the most items won. We then divided the class into two teams. When hearing the word GO the first one in line picked up a bag and hop-scotched a cross 10 vinyl hearts placed on the floor(Vinyl Hearts with a number cut out of the middle worked Great! No sliping on paper or ripping paper hearts, and when it was time to clean up it was simple. I just picked up the hearts. The teacher liked the vinyl heart hop scotch so much she asked me to leave it on the floor) , then picked up a balloon and crab walked back. After the crab walk they picked up a pencil and placed it in their bag. Then getting a second balloon to blow up and tied, they put the balloon between their legs to walk to the finish line. At the finish line they had to pop their balloon. The team with the all the balloons popped first won. It was a lot of fun watching each kid try to pop their balloons. It was a class party success!!
